Many people who have never had a card before or who have a poor credit history can find it hard to get themselves a credit card. Even if you have a good job and a mortgage, if you have had problems in the past or no card previously, you might be turned down. If this is the case then there are alternatives open to you, such as getting a secured credit card. If you want to know more about getting a secured credit card, then here is some advice about secured cards and how they can benefit you. What is a secured card. A secured card is a card whereby you tie up a monetary deposit in a bank in order to get a credit card. There are no credit checks necessary for secured cards, and the more money you can tie up then the higher your limit will be. The amount that you tie up will earn interest, but you cannot use the amount at all whilst you are using the card. Why get a secured card. Of course, the main reason why people get a secured card is because they cannot get hold of a regular credit card. Secured cards give people with poor or no credit history the chance to build up a good credit record by spending...

If you ve ever used one of the old dot matrix printers with rows of holes to feed the ream of paper and dealt with the constant paper jams, then you have an idea of just how far technology has come in the printing industry. Long gone are the days of slightly fuzzy text and faded grey images. Today s printing process has gone digital, and the benefit clearly shows. From the strikingly clear images to the brilliance of the colors, digital printing displays everything on your company s marketing material, stationery, business cards and more with as much detail as a photograph. And the best part. Digital printing has revolutionized the printing industry to make it possible for any company, whether it has 10 employees or 10,000, to show the same level of quality as much larger corporations with every piece of printed media, and it can be accomplished both quickly and inexpensively. Still not clear on the difference between digital printing and making color copies at the local 24-hour shop. The main difference is quality, which is best explained by how digital printing actually works. Digital printing is...

There is a guiding principle to dream interpretation, and Edgar Cayce said it best when he called for us to interpret the dreamer and not just the dream. Dreams are a tool, like the proverbial finger pointing to the moon. Don t focus on the finger or you will miss out on all the heavenly glory. Dreams are the finger and they are pointing to the dreamer. Interpreting your dreams is an exercise in self-discovery and self-growth. They are almost always referring back to you and every character, image and emotion is usually referring to various parts of your psyche. The primary purpose of dreams is to attempt to balance the psyche. Keeping this in mind will help you understand the meaning of your dreams and prevent you from getting way off track in your interpretation. Trying to understand one dream in isolation is like trying to understand a person by spending one day with them. By recording all of your dreams in a dream journal you will, over time, find it easier to understand individual dreams you have in the future. Dreams are like plays or movies that we create every night, and they have a similar...

A fruit fly is a small flying insect about 1 8 inch in length with red eyes. The essential element in how to get rid of fruit flies is to locate and eliminate their breeding sources. Although there are several sprays and traps used to kill flies in a home, restaurant or other building, the infestation cannot be completely eradicated without eliminating its source. Inspecting for fruit flies When searching for fruit fly breeding sources, remember that the larvae need moist decaying organic matter to survive. The most obvious place to look for these sources is where fruits or vegetables are stored near refrigerators or coolers. Other areas to inspect include recycling bins, garbage cans that are rarely cleaned or used and under and behind large appliances. Be sure to check sink and other drains. Here small flies are often found breeding in the super thin film or layer of debris that naturally accumulates in pipes, traps and drains. In commercial and residential structures, tiny amounts of organic debris are often found where the legs or feet of appliances, tables or cabinets touch the floor. These tiny...

Many people wish they were more creative. They yearn for the big idea or even the small one and think that if they just had that one idea they d be on their way to greater success.Certainly, we can all do things to be more creative, but having ideas isn t the biggest, or even first, source of our challenges. Think about it. You ve learned something in a workshop, gone back to work and not implemented it. You ve thought about trying a new approach to your meetings, but never did. You ve had a great marketing idea that never went anywhere. You ve had an idea for a new product, or new markets for an existing product, but they are still nothing more than ideas. It isn t a lack of ideas or no creativity that is stopping you in these and fifty other situations. What is stopping you is fear. The fear of failure is keeping you from taking the action needed to make progress. Change and Failure Failure and success are outcomes of change. We cannot succeed at higher levels if we maintain status quo. But inherent in change is the possibility that we might fail. So any discussion of the fear of failure needs to...
